Description
It is the ultimate expression of Prosecco Spumante, where the harmonious structure of a fine and persistent perlage is accompanied by a delicate aroma of ripe fruit with clear notes of apple, but also banana and herbaceous notes reminiscent of orange blossom.
The only mountainous region that produces grapes of the Glera variety, used to produce Prosecco: this is Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG.
A mountainous terrain characterized by temperature changes, reflecting the cool Mediterranean climate, imparting freshness and aroma to the wines. The soils are clayey limestone, which produce compact colors and a wide spectrum of perfumes.
