Description
Corvina and Merlot grapes are utilized. The ripest and perfectly healthy clusters are meticulously chosen. The grapes are then dried in the fruit cellar under natural temperature and humidity conditions, for approximately 60/90 days, contingent upon the weather conditions.
The vineyards are situated south of Lake Garda. The grape varieties employed in crafting this red wine are cultivated in certified areas (GDC) using Trent pergolas.
This wine exhibits a ruby-red hue. Its aroma showcases a broad spectrum of notes, initially evoking blackberry jam and candied cherries, followed by nuances of roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate, vanilla, and cinnamon. On the palate, it delivers a harmonious, enveloping, and gentle experience.
